I was in elementary school from 1989 to 1992 and the school cafeteria would serve these rectangular peanut butter bars with a thin layer of chocolate on top that i cannot find the recipe to. They were so good, im willing to go back to my old school and ask. Please help, i would love to make them for the holidays! Thanks!

I want to sell my own chocolate bars that I have made myself, but I dont know where to start.
If I am selling them on ebay, do I have to get approved by a food hygene place, do I need to have propper nutritional information on it etc.
I just dont know where to start.
If I do need nutritional info, how do I get it? Do I have to be approved by an agency to sell food?

I had a recipe for chocolate bars that my mom had when I was little. I lost it and she doesn’t have it either. It had powdered milk, cocoa, water, margarine, chocolate extract and sugar. You could also put raisons in. You put them in baking cups and put in the fridge. They were delicious. I’ve tried making them but I don’t have the correct ratios of everything. I remember seeing this recipe online once but I can’t find it now. Help!
The recipe only had these ingredients. Nothing else.
Nothing else… I just can't remember the measurements. It involves chopping up the chocolate bars and then melting them with the butter and cream mixture… It's pretty simple.
